Steven E. Myott Architecture's mission is to provide superior architectural services to owners and tenants of commercial real estate throughout South Florida.
Our core business is focused on office, medical, industrial and retail interiors, new construction, renovation and design services associated with commercial real estate, specifically in South Florida.
Our firm has extensive experience in complex interiors. We have designed many successful projects for well-known companies throughout the region.

Barry directs Interior Design at SEMA, as well as managing projects. Barry has been with us since 2012. Barry’s
knowledge of up to the minute materials and trends produce that special look.

Scott joined the SEMA team in early 2023 as an Assistant Project Manager. He graduated from Florida Atlantic
University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s in Architecture. He has 7 years of experience in both residential and commercial projects in South Florida. Scott is completing his architectural registration exams this year and expects to be licensed in early 2024.

GISELLE VERGEZ
Giselle joined as an intern at the beginning of 2023 and has grown to be an associate at the firm. Her skillset helps
initiate projects at a steady pace while ensuring quality. Giselle works in close coordination with team members to ensure the client's goals are met. Giselle is currently a senior at FAU.

ANDREA STANKO WOLF
Andrea develops design and construction drawing sets as an Assistant to Project Manager. She graduated from Simón Bolívar University, Venezuela, in the year 2013. Andrea is a talented space planner and also develops construction drawings for our projects. Andrea has 8 years of diverse experience in teaching, construction and design.
